Join Live Healthy Gwinnett for a Family Health and Fitness Day at Alexander Park! Enjoy learning a new recipe with a cooking demonstration or try out a quick fitness and yoga class that you can do at home. Children can enjoy games and activities such as face painting and bounce house fun, while also enjoying from the splash pad all for free! It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing to get active in!
